Jessica Davies, Patient Coordinator
As Patient Coordinator, Jessica is likely to be the first person patients meet at Fantastic Plastic Surgery. She guides each client through the process, from the initial consultation to any follow-up appointments that may be required. Jessica is able to address questions on insurance, medical forms, financing and scheduling, as well as secure information on any additional medical questions a patient might have after seeing the doctor.

Melissa Hoelscher, M.A., Medical Skin Care Specialist
Melissa is a licensed Cosmetologist since 1983 and trained at the prestigious Conservatory of Esthetics in Chicago. In 1994, she continued her education to become a Medical Assistant, and has over 16 years of experience working with dermatologists and plastic surgeons. She is a valuable patient resource who can explain in more detail how the skin is changed (always for the better!) after certain procedures, and then how to protect and maintain the advancements made.
